Everyone need a balanced meal every day, and this was a way for us to make sure all our clients have at least this.

Fruit should, if possible, be no sugar added and have a pull tab if a can. | |
All food should be cooked and only needing warming where appropriate. | |
Any variety of like kind food mentioned below is welcome. | |
